Great writing is born of attentiveness and courage. Meditation trains the attention and cultivates openness and strength. In this workshop we will explore the relationship between these two practices through guided meditations and writing periods. Spend the day sharpening your senses, and developing the inner power that will enable you to take risks on the page. Students will need paper and pen/pencil. No writing or meditation experience is necessary.
